1. What Solomon AI is

Solomon AI is a private assistant that runs on its owner's own computer. This policy explains how it handles information from a Google account that the owner chooses to connect.

2. What Google data Solomon AI can access, and why

When the owner connects a Google account, Solomon AI asks Google for these permissions, and Google shows the owner this list before anything is shared:

- Basic account information (email address), to show which account is connected.

- Gmail, read-only, to search and read the owner's own email when the owner asks for it (for example, a summary of recent messages or a daily briefing).

- Google Drive, read-only, to find and read the owner's own files when the owner asks.

- Google Calendar, read-only, to show the owner's schedule, and permission to create and edit calendar events when the owner asks Solomon AI to put a block or reminder on the calendar.

- Google Contacts, read-only, to look up people the owner asks about.

Solomon AI does not send email, delete or change email, delete files, or change contacts through these permissions.

3. How the information is used

Google data is used only to provide the features the owner asked for inside Solomon AI. It is processed on the owner's computer. Solomon AI does not sell Google data, does not use it for advertising, and does not allow people to read it unless the owner has asked for that, it is needed for security or to follow the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

Solomon AI does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, and does not allow others to do so.

Solomon AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and sharing

The sign-in credential that Google issues is stored in an encrypted store on the owner's computer. Google data is not copied to any server run by Sakal Group. Information is shared with other services only when the owner asks Solomon AI to do something that requires it, such as sending text to an AI model provider the owner has chosen to enable, and then only the text needed for that request. Solomon AI does not share Google data with anyone else.

5. Retention and deletion

Solomon AI keeps Google data only as long as needed for the feature being used and in the owner's own local records. The owner can disconnect Google at any time in Solomon AI, which deletes the stored credential, and can remove Solomon AI's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner can ask for any related local data to be deleted by writing to solomon.i@sakal.group.

6. Security

Credentials are stored encrypted, access to Solomon AI requires the owner's sign-in, and external requests are limited by local rules that the owner controls.

7. Children

Solomon AI is not directed to children.
